Refund Policy – The Motion Lab


1. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers (EU Customers Only)

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us at support@themotionlab.school within 14 days of purchase. If eligible, a refund will be processed within 14 days via the original payment method.

2. Subscriptions & Memberships
Monthly Subscriptions: You may cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. The subscription remains active until the end of the paid period. No refunds for partial use. Lifetime Access : Refunds are only available within 14 days of the first payment, provided that no content has been accessed.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps: Email support@themotionlab.school with your order details. Clearly state the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or disputes without prior communication may result in the suspension of your account. If you believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@themotionlab.school first to resolve the issue amicably.
